➸ 12:30pm Daniel Luken with the Missouri Department of Conservation will present a seminar on Pond Management. Aquatic plant management is an important part of a healthy pond. Join us at the Bethel Wildlife & Outdoor Expo on August 24th to hear Daniel Loken, Fisheries Management Biologist from the MO Dept. of Conservation, as he discusses watershed management, aquatic plant ID, and how to control problem vegetation that we commonly see in northeast Missouri. People are encouraged to bring good quality pictures of vegetation that they are having issues with for ID and control recommendations.

➸ 2:00pm Michael Mansell, Founder of Outdoor Skills of America: seminar on the uses of animals that we harvest in Missouri; covering deer and turkey and their many uses. Outdoor Skills of America’s mission is to provide opportunities to participants in outdoor related activities by providing resources, support and assistance to the general public as well as promoting conservation values that ensures future generations have the same access to participate in the great outdoors experience.
