  • Lunch at golf course club house
  • Dinner at pavilion #3 at lake, tournament winners announced
  • Night – Shelbina Cemetery tour 6pm-8pm

 

Tuesday June 27, 2023

  • Day – Hatchery & conservation area 9-11am
  • Hunnewell Lakenan history – Porter Moss presenting. Lakenan Community Center 1-3pm
  • Old Threshers Tour of the Village
  • Chuck Wagon Demonstration – Don Collup
  • Night – Legend’s Trivia Night, Blake Totten Piano Bar 7pm

 

Wednesday, June 28, 2023

  • Day – Bethel Historic Tour
  • Lunch at Fest Hall (fried chicken) serving begin at 11am
  • Fiddler’s entertainment in afternoon 3pm
  • Evening meal at Bethel Bakery – Homemade pizza serving begins at 5pm
  • Night – Gospel music show, Christian church 6:30pm; refreshments following

 

Thursday June 29, 2023

  • Day – Arts Council History & tour of Hawkins Theater 10am
  • Shelbyville Courthouse tour on your own
  • Lunch at Shelbyville Inn
  • Ice cream at Phillip’s Ice Cream Wagon in Shelbyville
  • Night – Shelbina Senior Center, old fashioned pie supper & old-time square dance 6:30pm

Friday, June 30. 2023

  • Day – Visit Clarence Historical Society Museum 3-5pm
  • Lunch at Harvest Cafe in Clarence
  • Night — Music by Silver Wings Band on stage in park
  • Dinner in park by CYMOs

 

Saturday July 1, 2023

  • Day – Clarence & Leonard walking tour & history of monuments, Dates of service and significance to town
  • Night – Historical presentations about one room school houses, and the underground railroad
  • Fireworks at Clarence Lake
  • Dinner at lake by CYMOs

 

Sunday July 2, 2023

  • Day – Church at the Shelbina Lake 10am
  • 4-6 pm Gospel music show at Shelbina Lake
  • Fireworks CANCELLED at Heartland (due to county-wide fire ban)
